Preparation
Carefully prepare surface to obtain good results. Surface must be clean, dry and free from defective or non-cohesive material, dust, oils and salts
► Surfaces on sound condition:
Apply 2 coats of PROFESSIONAL VINYL.
► New plaster, concrete, brick, cement:
• Prime with FERM (H2O) or Α-500 PRIMER. Apply 2 coats of PROFESSIONAL VINYL.
► New gypsum board or putty:
• Prime with FERM (H2O) or Α-500 PRIMER. Apply 2 coats of PROFESSIONAL VINYL.
► Old water-based or lime paints:
Prime with FERM (H2O) or Α-500 PRIMER. Apply 2 coats of PROFESSIONAL VINYL.
Use
Roller, brush or spray airless. Thin by 10-20% with water.
► Stir well before use and during application
► Allow newly poured concrete to cure for 30 days, then prime with FERM (H2O)
Drying out - Coverage
Drying times are dependent on ambient temperature and film thickness.
Touch dry: 1-2 hours
Recoat: 2-4 hours
Practical coverage: 8-12m²/lt depending on the thickness of each coat and the surface porosity.
