This low sheen paint covers imperfections on walls efficiently offering a high quality uniform finish. Extremely resistant to frequent washing with detergents. Easy to apply, anti-splatter paint. Surface must be clean, dry and free from defective or non-cohesive material, dust, oils and salts<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba\u00a0<strong>Surfaces on sound condition:<\/strong><br \/>\nApply 2 coats of DECONYL MATT<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba\u00a0<strong>New plaster, concrete, brick, cement:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Prime with FERM (H<sub>2<\/sub>O) or \u0391-500 PRIMER. Apply 1 or 2 coats of DECONYL MATT.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prime with AQUAFERM. Apply 1-2 coats of DECONYL MATT.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba\u00a0<strong>New gypsum board or putty:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Prime with FERM (H<sub>2<\/sub>O) or \u0391-500 PRIMER. Apply 1 or 2 coats of DECONYL MATT.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prime with AQUAFERM. Apply 1-2 coats of DECONYL MATT.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba\u00a0<strong>Old water-based or lime paints:<\/strong><br \/>\nPrime with FERM (H<sub>2<\/sub>O) thinned up to 50% with water.
